It is also intended to assist you in making informed decisions when using our Website and our products and services.

All your personal Information shall be held and used in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and any amendments thereto.

• Indian Accent collects personal information when you register with Indian Accent or its network partners, when you use Indian Accent services, when you visit Indian Accent pages and when you enter promotions.

• When you register we ask for information such as your name, email address, birth date, gender, zip code, occupation, industry, and personal interests. Once you register with Indian Accent and sign in to our services, you are not anonymous to us.

• Indian Accent uses information for the following general purposes: to customize the advertising and content you see, fulfill your requests for products and services, improve our services, contact you, conduct research, and provide anonymous reporting for internal and external clients.

Refund & Cancellation policy
As a policy we would require an advance payment of Rs. 1000 per guest to confirm your reservation. We will send you a link to your preferred mobile number and email, to initiate the advance payment. Once we have received the advance, you will receive a confirmation email with details of your reservation. Please note that this amount will be adjusted against your final bill.

If the booking is cancelled within 24 hours prior to the time of table reservation– the advance will be forfeited. If cancelled prior to 24 hours from the time of table reservation, no charges apply.

Child Policy:
To respect the dining experiences of all our guests, we practice a restricted entrance policy only allowing children aged 10 years and above.
